Oxeye Daisies ~ Evening Light

Summer DaisiesIn Ireland you’ll often find these big oxeye daisies growing along the hedgerows and railway tracks.  When you see them it’s a sure sign that summer is in full flow.  I love them because they remind me of a childhood spent playing outdoors in long grasses and sunlight, and they catch the evening light so beautifully for the camera.

Speaking of beautiful images, do you have a Pinterest account?  I love to collect inspiring photos from across the web and pin them on my boards there, come join me and say hello if you love to pin too x

PS: I’m delighted to share that you’ll find a short interview with me over on one of my favourite blogs {a place for twiggs} – thank you to the lovely Twiggs for having me :)
