I recently won a beautiful gift set from L’Occitane’s Irish Facebook page, and decided to use the opportunity to do a shoot inspired by one of my favourite blogs The Cherry Blossom Girl! Alix does the most amazing shoots with her makeup, clothes and jewellery, she’s been an inspiration to me for a long time and continues to make me fall in love with her style with each new post she adds. I also love L’Occitane, and completely agree about experience as a customer – I use the Glasgow store, and they are always kind and helpful. Their packaging is beautiful too – I wait for their Christmas packaging every year!

Gorgeous! I’m going to go in and have a whiff of that one! I love the Cherry Blossom Girl, it was her blog that made me start reading blogs in the first place. Sometimes when I feel a bit frazzled I just look at her blog and feel myself unwind, there’s such a sense of serenity in her pictures, she strikes me as being so gentle.
